Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan<\/h2>\n

Isabel Crossing will be the third development in the Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan, adopted in 2018 and will include 1,300 new residences, 90,000 square feet for businesses and retail\/commercial development, and three new neighborhood parks.
